Creating new interview

Use the admin app at https://app.jobmojito.com. In the sidebar, open Interviews to see your interview list and start the creation wizard.
Start a new interview
Click Interviews (sidebar).
Start the flow to create a new interview (the UI shows the entry point for new interviews on this page).
Follow the wizard steps in order. You can usually go back to change earlier choices until you finish.
What the wizard covers
Language
Choose the interview language first. If you need the same job in another language, create a separate interview (and often a separate avatar template for that language). See Avatars e.g. templates.
How you build the interview (flow type)
Typical options include:
From a job description β you provide role details; the system helps generate interview content.
From an ATS β connect position data from your ATS when configured.
From a template β start from an existing template you already use.
Scratch β minimal start; you name the position and configure content yourself.
Exact labels match the buttons and titles in the wizard.
Interview format (avatar type)
You choose how the candidate experiences the interview, for example:
Interactive avatar β visual avatar with voice; the candidate can turn the avatar off while keeping the same voice in supported flows.
Voice only β interactive audio without a visible avatar.
Non-interactive β used for non-interactive generated interviews (where your product supports it).
Template selection
If your path uses a template, you pick an avatar / template that defines look, voice, and background. Customize templates under Configuration β Avatars. Help: Avatars e.g. templates.
Job description and ATS paths
For generated flows you typically set:
Position name
Job description text
Seniority, tone, duration, and interview type options shown in the wizard
A loading step while questions are prepared
Follow on-screen text; the order matches the product wizard.
Pre-screening
If the wizard offers pre-screening, you choose whether candidates go directly to the main interview or through a short qualification step first. See Pre-screening.
After the wizard: draft and active
When the wizard completes, you land in the interview editor. There you can:
Refine questions β see Interview questions customization
Adjust scoring, attempts, and other options in the interview settings
Set status to draft while you iterate. Set to active when candidates should be able to take the interview (exact status names appear in the interview editor).

Questions and answers
Q: Can I change the language after creation?
A: Language is fundamental to templates and voices; creating a new interview for another language is usually the right approach.
