When a candidate submits an interview that needs recruiter input, it may appear under Pending decisions and in Results with a decision-related status.

Pending decisions page

  1. Open Pending decisions in the sidebar.

  2. Review each item (scores, summary, media as available).

  3. Record the decision your organization uses (accept, reject, shortlist, or other actions shown).

The sidebar can show a badge with the count of undecided items when data is loaded.

Results list

The same submissions appear in Results with decision chips. You can open a result and use decision controls there if the UI provides them. See Interview results and reporting.
