JobMojito integration with Teamtailor
Introduction JobMojito is a conversational screening and assessment platform designed for roles that attract high volumes of applications. The integration with Teamtailor allows hiring teams to automatically trigger structured candidate screening when a candidate reaches a defined stage in the recruitment process. Once completed, JobMojito returns a score and a detailed report, helping teams make faster and more consistent hiring decisions.

How to enable the integration
To enable the integration, you must be a Company Admin in Teamtailor.
Step 1: Connect JobMojito
Log in to JobMojito
Navigate to Integrations
Select Teamtailor
Enter your Teamtailor API credentials
Complete the connection
Step 2: Configure integration settings
In JobMojito, select:
The job(s) to apply screening to
The stage that will trigger screening
Save your configuration
Step 3: Add screening stage in Teamtailor
Open your job pipeline
Add a stage called: JobMojito Screening (or something more relevant to your organisation)
This stage will trigger the integration.
How the integration works
Triggering screening
When a candidate is moved into the JobMojito Screening stage:
JobMojito is automatically triggered
The candidate receives an invitation to complete screening
Candidate experience
The candidate receives an automated email
The candidate completes a structured conversational screening
The process is designed to assess role-specific competencies
Results in Teamtailor
Once the screening is completed:
A score is added to the candidate profile
A link to the JobMojito report is available
The candidate can be progressed automatically
