JobMojito supports multiple ways to track the status of your application/interview.

Email notifications

You will get notified every time the status of your interview result changes. All notifications will come from the email address interview@jobmojito.com. Emails may be in your Promotions folder; therefore, please make sure that you monitor your mailbox.

You may receive notifications:

  • Action required: Submit your interview → You have an interview that has been collected but not submitted

  • Another attempt requested → The recruiter requested that you take the interview again

  • Interview collected successfully → Your interview was conducted successfully. Now you need to submit it.

  • Interview collection failed → Something has happened (you abandoned the interview, there was a technical failure, etc.); please continue the interview process where you left off.

  • Interview submitted successfully → All is good; no need for any other action

  • You passed our pre-screening check The recruiter has verified your pre-screening step, and now it’s time to take your interview.

  • Verify your identity → You are invited to verify your identity using the KYC process. See

    the “Identity verification” article for more information.

Interview status tracking

On the platform, in the section “My application tracking”, you can find a list of all interviews that you applied for. This section will have all your attempts for a specific position grouped into one record.

  • Action required: These are interviews that need your attention. For example, you didn’t submit the interview, the recruiter requested another attempt, etc.

  • Under review: These are interviews where the recruiter is making a decision

  • Closed: These are interviews that have been decided

In the section “My collected interviews” (access it from the profile menu at the top right), you can see all the attempts that have been made and access them in a granular way.
