Pre-screening (optional)

As a candidate, you will go through following steps:

  1. Start: Receive an invitation to an interview via email / WhatsApp, or you choose to apply for a position from a public interview page

  2. Pre-screening form: You will be asked to provide your contact details, resume & cover letter (may be optional or mandatory), and form-based information like: nationality, visa status, languages, highest education, etc.

  3. Pre-screening verification: Once you submit the form, the system will process it and in about 15 seconds, you will see the Start Interview button or a message that the recruiter needs to confirm your application before proceeding to the interview with the virtual recruiter. You will receive an email notification when the recruiter accepts your pre-screening application.

Interview

As a candidate, you will go through following steps:

  1. Conduct the interview

  2. Review the result on the result screen

  3. Submit the interview

Human review

All submitted interviews are reviewed by humans, and they are making active decisions on how to proceed.
