Data collection

During the interview process, we will collect audio and, optionally, video data from your interview. This information is available to you on the result screen (you can watch captured video files, listen to the captured audio content, and see the transcript collected during the interview).

You need to submit your interview so the recruiter is able to consider it.

Interview submission

By submitting the interview result, you accept data processing by the recruiter, and the recruiter can make an informed decision about your application. JobMojito provides recommendations in the form of scoring and summaries to the human recruiter. A human is always in the loop and makes the ultimate decision.

Data deletion requests

You can request data deletion in the profile section on the interview portal (access it from the profile menu at the top right).

Alternatively, you can request data deletion by sending an email to support@jobmojito.com with a data deletion request. We are able to delete data for the email address from which you sent the request.

Notes:

• Submitted interview results for a position that has been closed/completed will be deleted immediately.

• Submitted interview results for a position that is still open or is being decided by the recruiter will be queued, and actual deletion will happen after the selection process is closed.
