Pre-screening

This form includes a number of questions that will help the recruiter determine your eligibility for the next steps in the interview process.

Contact details

You will be asked to verify your contact details. This information is the same as in your profile (name, email, phone number, etc.). By updating the values, you will update your profile information as well.

Pre-screening questions

The recruiter may enable pre-set or custom questions, including:

• Nationality: Your nationality

• Residency: Where you are currently residing

• Languages: List the languages that you speak. Please list all of them, including your mother tongue

• Education: Select the highest level of education that you have achieved

• Visa: Your current visa status

• Custom questions

Upload of the documents

You may be asked to upload documents like a resume, cover letter, or specific certifications. Once you complete the upload, the platform will automatically try to parse the content of the document and will show a green check if all the verifications have been done correctly and a red X if there was a problem.

Be aware that creating a document in certain applications like Figma may cause parsing issues.

Supported document types are: PDF, MS Word, Apple Pages, text documents, RTF documents, and ODT documents.
