Start screen
On the start screen, you can prepare for your interview.

A welcome video may be available and provide a message from the recruiter describing the purpose of the interview and any additional background information so you are ready. Now you need to enable your microphone/camera, and then you can move to the next step.

The page will show you a list of languages in which the interview will be conducted. There may be more than one. For each language, you can choose your accent. Your accent is not considered during scoring; it is used to improve speech-to-text transcription precision.

By clicking on the settings, you can change the video/audio input device, adjust the connection speed (the automated connection speed test will preconfigure this value), and change the conversation pace settings.
Once all is set, you can start your interview.
Interview
During the interview, use your voice and stay within sight of the camera the whole time (if enabled).

During the interview, you will find several components in the interface.
Interviewer & You boxes

A box for the interviewer, where you will see the transcript of the current question. The small blue circle indicates when the digital recruiter is speaking. A notification about the topic of the conversation and information about whether the question is a follow-up will be shown here as well.
Your box, where you will find a transcript of your speech (once you finish your answer), notifications about your internet speed, and information about whether your answer is too long or the interview is coming to a close.

On the top right you will find:

Tips & tricks
What you can ask recruiter
During the interview, the digital recruiter is smart, and you can ask it to:
Rephrase question
Add additional information to previous question
Ask to end the interview (be aware that prematurely ending the interview will have an impact on your score)
At the end, you may ask about the company, the position, and the recruitment process (if the recruiter enables this feature)
The digital recruiter is smart; it listens to your answer and prepares follow-up questions in real time.
Conversation pace
The digital recruiter automatically detects silence (when you stop speaking) to identify when to move to the next question. The conversation pace setting determines the duration of silence after which the agent will trigger preparation of the next question.
Faster = ±1.6 seconds
Normal = ±2.6 seconds
Slower = ±3.6 seconds.
You can set the pace that fits you, and there is no penalty for having a faster or slower pace.
The conversation pace can be set up on the start screen or in real time during the interview using the controls in the top-right part of the screen.

How long I should speak?
Typically, a good response duration is between 45 and 90 seconds. Once you reach the desired length, “Answer length OK” will appear on the screen. If you continue speaking, 30 seconds later you will hear a sound, and a timer will appear and start counting down from 30 seconds to 0.
How the interview will be completed?
There are two normal ways to end the interview.
Either the digital recruiter will finish the interview once all the questions have been answered.
Or the digital recruiter will give you a chance to ask questions about the company, the position, or the process, and you can say that you do not have any more questions.
You will be automatically redirected to the result screen, where you NEED TO SUBMIT your interview. Read more …
My internet was disconnected
A stable internet connection is required for the interview. If something happens to your connection or device, you can return to the interview start screen, and you will be able to continue your interview where you left off.
