JobMojito developed series of assessments that can trigger warning or issue based on confidence and severity of the issue.

Risks are shown on the top of the individual result. By clicking the “Risk assessment” recruiters can add/edit/remove risks as needed from individual results.


Conversation based risks

Stall Tactics

The candidate is frequently stalling the interview by asking irrelevant questions.

Asking for Repetition

The candidate is frequently asking the AI to repeat the question.

Asking for Help

The candidate is asking for help from the AI to answer the question.

The candidate has too many failed attempts

This may be caused by issues with the candidate's internet connectivity or an attempt to "play" with the digital recruiter.

Multiple profiles with the same name

Multiple profiles have submitted an interview with the same candidate name.


Connection based risks

Anonymous connection

Unable to detect user's IP address or they are using Tor services based on his connection IP address.

VPN or Proxy connection

The connection is coming from known VPN or Proxy service.


Video-Based Risks

Video-based risk assessment must be enabled separately. JobMojito provides screenshots of key events across answers for easy navigation.

As a side effect, the candidate’s raw video is segmented for each answer and made available for consumption via API for further processing.

Reading Answers

The candidate may be reading answers, as determined by eye tracking. Our proprietary algorithm analyzes the candidate’s retinal movement and predicts the probability that they are reading.

Impact: JobMojito can detect the use of AI agents, even if they are running on a separate device.

Candidate Not Visible

In the recorded video, the candidate’s face is not visible for more than 30% of the interview.

Multiple People Detected

Multiple people have been detected in the recorded video.

KYC

If the candidate has verified their national ID, a biometrically verified selfie is available. This selfie is shown in the Risk Assessment tab so the recruiter can verify that the same person who applied actually completed the interview.


Audio based risks

Audio-based risk assessment must be enabled separately. The easy-to-understand interface guides you to individual answers that have associated risk.

Multiple Voices

Multiple voices have been detected in the recorded audio. Even if a helper or an AI agent is speaking loudly, JobMojito will identify it and trigger a risk flag.

Voiceprint Mismatch

JobMojito can create a biometric voiceprint of a candidate and verify it across recordings to determine whether the same person completed the interview as the one associated with the enrolled voiceprint.
