You can review outbound messages per candidate and, for your whole organization, adjust email templates used by automation.

Communication tab on a candidate

  1. Open Candidates and select a person.

  2. Open the Communication tab.

You see a timeline of emails and, when used, WhatsApp messages. Select an item to read details.

Re-send an email

For some email rows, open the row menu and choose Re-send (exact label on screen). Use this when a candidate did not receive the message or it expired.

Organization-wide email content

To change the wording of automated emails (invitations, sequences, and other template-driven mail), go to Configuration β†’ Branding & Configuration β†’ Email templates tab. Step-by-step editing is in Email template customizations.

Q: Can I compose a fully custom one-off email inside JobMojito?
A: The Communication tab is primarily for system-generated messages and resend. For free-form mail, use your usual email tool unless the product adds a composer.
