JobMojito integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Overview JobMojito is a conversational screening and assessment platform designed for roles that attract high volumes of applications. The JobMojito integration with Greenhouse Recruiting enables hiring teams to automatically trigger structured candidate screening when a candidate reaches a defined stage in the hiring process. Once completed, JobMojito returns a score and report directly into Greenhouse and can automatically progress candidates to the next stage.

Before you begin

To successfully configure the JobMojito integration, you will need the following permissions in Greenhouse:

  • Developer permissions

  • Ability to manage API credentials

  • Access to create webhooks

  • Manage CRM (only if candidate source writing is enabled)

If you do not have these permissions, please contact your Greenhouse administrator.

Set up the JobMojito integration

Step 1: Generate a Harvest API key

  1. Log in to Greenhouse

  2. Click the Configure (⚙️) icon

  3. Navigate to Dev Center

  4. Select API Credential Management

  5. Click Create New API Key

Enter the following:

  • API Type: Harvest

  • Partner: Custom

  • Description: JobMojito Integration

  1. Copy the API key and store it securely

  2. Assign the required permissions (as prompted during setup)

  3. Click Save

Step 2: Connect JobMojito to Greenhouse

  1. Log in to JobMojito

  2. Navigate to Integrations

  3. Select Greenhouse (pre-built integration)

  4. Enter your API key

  5. Complete the connection flow

Step 3: Configure webhooks

  1. In Greenhouse, go to Dev Center → Webhooks

  2. Click Create New Webhook

  3. Configure the webhook using the values provided during the JobMojito setup

Typical configuration:

  • Event: Application updated

  • Endpoint URL: Provided by JobMojito

  • Secret key: Provided by JobMojito

Note: You may need to create multiple webhooks depending on your configuration.

Step 4: Add JobMojito screening stage

  1. Navigate to your job’s Interview Plan

  2. Add a new stage called:

This stage will trigger the screening process.

Use the JobMojito integration

Trigger screening

To initiate screening:

  1. Open a candidate in Greenhouse

  2. Move the candidate to the JobMojito Screening stage

This automatically triggers JobMojito.

Candidate experience

Once triggered:

  • The candidate receives an automated email invitation

  • The candidate completes the JobMojito screening interview

View results in Greenhouse

After completion:

  • A structured score is added to the candidate record

  • A link to the JobMojito report is available

  • The candidate may be automatically moved to the next stage

Optional automation

Customers can configure workflows to:

  • Automatically progress candidates based on screening outcomes

  • Flag or reject candidates below a defined threshold
