Subprocessors

JobMojito (FreshMint ai OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) acts as a data processor for the companies that use it to hire. To deliver the service, we work with a small number of providers (subprocessors). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The current list is published in the JobMojito TrustCenter ▸ Subprocessors. For each provider it gives the purpose, the processing location and any retention commitments. The TrustCenter also holds the Data Processing Agreement, which describes how you're notified of changes and how to object to them.
