This guide helps you go from an empty setup to candidate interview results in a few clear steps. Sign in at https://app.jobmojito.com. Interview features appear when your organization has the interview portal enabled.

Path from zero to results

  1. Optional but recommended β€” branding and URLs
    Open Configuration β†’ Branding & Configuration and set your logo, colors, and portal URLs so candidate links match your brand. See the Branding and Configuration and Portal customizations (interview portal) articles in this set.

  2. Avatars / templates
    Under Configuration β†’ Avatars, pick or create templates (avatar, voice, background). See the help article Avatars e.g. templates.

  3. Create an interview
    Go to Interviews in the sidebar, start the wizard, and complete the steps. Keep the interview in draft until you are happy with questions and template, then set it active when you are ready for candidates. More detail: Creating a new interview.

  4. Invite candidates
    Use Candidates to invite people, or create a session / link from Results if that fits your process. See Candidate management and Interview workflow management.

  5. Monitor progress
    Use Live for interviews in progress and Results for completed, failed, or abandoned attempts.

  6. Decide
    Open Pending decisions when submissions need a recruiter decision. See Candidate decisions.

Tips

  • Prefer draft until questions and avatar are final; switch to active only when you want real candidates.

  • If you expect retries, configure maximum attempts on the interview (see Interview workflow management).

  • Use Analytics to compare invitations and completions.
