Data export, retention and deletion

Your data stays yours. This article covers every way to get data out of JobMojito, from one-click exports to the API, how long data is kept, and how candidates and companies have it deleted.
1. Summary
2. Exports
2.1 CSV exports in the admin app
An Export button is available on:
Candidates list
Interview results list, including scores, statuses, decisions and risk flags
the candidate list of a single interview
Sub-companies list
Credits usage (billing reconciliation)
The export follows the filters you've applied.
2.2 Interview reports
Every result can be exported as a PDF, HTML or JSON report: scores with reasoning, transcript, strengths and concerns, and risk flags. You can translate the report into another language (0.1 credit). Pre-screening results have their own report.
2.3 Integrations and API
Webhooks push each result to your endpoint when it's ready. The result includes candidate details, scores, the AI analysis and a link to the PDF report. Delivery is retried up to 10 times, and every attempt is logged.
ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Teamtailor and many others through Kombo) write results, notes and status back to the candidate in your ATS.
REST API: list results and candidates, fetch a full result with its transcript and AI analysis, and generate reports. See the developer documentation and APIs & Webhooks.
AI assistants (MCP): the same data, through Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants, with the signed-in user's permissions.
2.4 A candidate's own data (access and portability requests)
When a candidate asks for a copy of their data:
They ask by e-mail to support@jobmojito.com, or you forward a request you received to the same address.
JobMojito creates a ZIP file of every record held about the candidate at your company: profile, invitations, results, answers, transcripts, scores, pre-screening and messages, in machine-readable JSON, plus links to their recordings.
The download link is e-mailed to the candidate's own address on file and is valid for 7 days.
2.5 Full export at the end of a contract
On request, JobMojito provides a complete export of your account: CSV/JSON data for all interviews, positions, candidates and results, plus recordings and reports as files. Ask your account contact at least 30 days before the contract ends.
3. Deletion
3.1 Deleting a candidate
The candidate can close their account from Profile in the interview portal.
A recruiter or admin can delete a candidate from the Candidates list.
On request, by e-mail to support@jobmojito.com, verified by the requesting address. See Your personal data.
When a candidate is deleted:
Their recordings, video frames, identity-verification selfie, voice fingerprints, report PDFs and data exports are removed from storage by a background job, usually within minutes.
Their phone number, address, LinkedIn profile, identity-document data and voice fingerprints are erased from the record.
The candidate disappears from every list, search, export and API response.
A minimal closed record (name and e-mail address) stays, so that billing and usage history remain consistent.
If the candidate's result belongs to a position that's still open, the deletion may be queued until the selection process closes.
3.2 Deleting interviews, positions and users
Archived interviews and positions keep their results until you delete the candidates. Users removed from your company lose access to its data.
3.3 Closing your company account
When a contract ends, JobMojito deletes the account, all its candidates and their files. Accounts with active card subscriptions must cancel the subscription first.
3.4 Backups
Deleted data remains in encrypted database backups until they expire, at most 30 days.
